Alec Ligon is a Transaction Advisor for HINGE Advisors.

Alec manages the leasing, acquisition and disposition of childcare properties along the East Coast. Whether a client is focusing on expansion, consolidation or realignment, his goal is to maximize profitability, manage risk and facilitate integration. Alec is dedicated to driving smooth transitions and optimal financial outcomes for all of his early childhood clients.

A graduate of Lander University, Alec earned his Bachelor of Science in History. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Law degree from the Charlotte School of Law. After law school, Alec began his legal career in an immigration/criminal defense law office. Afterwards, he went on to clerk for the Honorable Marilyn C. Clark at the Passaic County Superior Court and also served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Hudson County, NJ.
